1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

The samograi.pl website has no registration forms or user accounts. We process data only in two situations:

E-mail or phone contact - when you write to kontakt@samograi.pl or call us, we process the data you voluntarily provide in your message (name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, content of the inquiry). Purpose: responding to the inquiry, preparing an offer, conducting business correspondence. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - handling correspondence).
Visit statistics - we use a self-hosted Umami analytics tool, which does not use cookies and does not collect data allowing personal identification (IP addresses are anonymized, no cross-site tracking). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - visit statistics).

3. Cookies

The samograi.pl website does not use cookies - no marketing, analytics, or technical cookies requiring consent. For this reason, we do not display a cookie banner.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical services for us (website and e-mail hosting) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

We keep business correspondence for the duration of discussions and - if cooperation is established - for the period required by law (tax, accounting). Correspondence that did not lead to cooperation is deleted no later than after 3 years.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy of it,
rectify (correct) your data,
erase your data,
restrict processing,
object to processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access control, and secure data processing practices developed over 15 years of working with the financial sector (GDPR, KNF guidelines, DORA).

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website evolves. The current version is always available at samograi.pl/en/privacy-policy.html. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version (samograi.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.html) prevails.
